Main Appliance Service

This was an LG warranty repair of our refrigerator which had a failed compressor (2nd failure in 10 years). LG ordered the repair through Main Appliance. The tech (Hunter) stopped out and found it was more than just the compressor so we made another appt a week later. Hunter returned with the additional part and installed it but not the compressor which he said tested out fine. Unfortunately, the fridge did not cool after that repair. He returned the following week and did replace the compressor as well as another component. He took the time to explain what had gone wrong with the prior repair and this time everything works fine. We are retired and had a spare refrigerator in the basement so the time it took and the multiple trips was not much of a problem. We paid a flat rate for the

The young men Ryan and Clint were very professional. They knew what was wrong and fixed it right away. I was blessed to have the fridge still in warranty and nothing I had to pay. We had a really great experience working with Main Appliance Service from start to finish. When our dishwasher broke down, we were able to easily coordinate getting a service appointment set up. The company was upfront about pricing for the service visit, and their automated system provided us with a confirmation of our appointment date and more specifics regarding timing of the visit as the date approached. Our service technician, Dylan, arrived as planned, was very courteous, quickly diagnosed the problem, and was careful to protect our flooring and other cabinetry as he worked. A second visit was required as a part needed to be ordered, the part was ordered quickly, and they coordinated to set up a return visit as soon as the delivery date was available. Logan was Great - We had a 6mo, GE gas dryer that had the blower fan fail under warranty. The above technician stopped to see us earlier than expected with a new blower/motor assembly in hand. He was a complete professional, skilled, quick, and courteous. In less than an hour we were up and running. Thanks for coming over and taking care of the problem and making it right. I highly recommend these folks.

The service that was given was absolutely wonderful. Kyle was my service guy… he was friendly , knowledgeable ,personable, professional and communication was perfect. I will make Main Appliance my go to service company for all my appliance needs.
