Service has been variable, customer service pretty terrible. When ordering propane in advance, it always takes 5 business days, sometimes more, though that should be the longest it takes, not the usual. Only time we got propane the day after ordering was after paying $175 for the expedite fee, imagine that! —-suddenly they could get to us quickly. The main office customer service people are no help, there is no such thing as an emergency according to them, they usually have no idea what’s going on in the field and offer very little sympathy for extended waits for delivery. . I have my account with this company on auto refill every month and still have to call to have them refill the tank, even with a $0 balance but that's not the issue, the real issue is the run around customer gives you for 5 days already. I called 5 days on a Thursday letting them know that my tank is between 1/4 and empty and was told there's a ticket out for Saturday (still no oil) 3days pass i called Sunday letting Vicky know my oil is almost on E now. she tells me don't worry tank has a reserve that Leon the driver is tired and that he will deliver first thing in the morning. storm is here Monday morning i wake up early to plow the driveway to make sure is clear for the truck, still no oil. my wife calls and speaks to Hope at 5 pm and for some reason she can't get a hold of the driver, a

Main Care Energy is a wonderful company. We have beern customers of theirs for 28 years now and never have a problem. They always come for service whenever you need them. They are excellent in an emergency and their workers are courteous, capable and clean. We have been very happy with our Main Care experience.

The technician Andrew that came today to fix my tankless water heater was excellent and very professional. He saw the problem and listened very carefully when I showed him the problem that the previous technician made a mistake causing a water leak. He took the sediment filter out and reinstalled correctly.

Our technicians Michael came to our home today. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He is a great representative for your company. Everything was perfect.
