Last July, I bought an HVAC unit for my home along with a one-year service contract from Maincare. Since I don't visit the property frequently, I only turned on the AC last night and noticed it wasn't cooling. When I contacted Maincare to request a service call or renew the contract, they informed me that neither option is possible unless I purchase heating oil from them. This situation is unacceptable.
Great service, friendly staff, reasonable prices.
