Main Hospital Parking Deck

The garage is clean and has secity in place both personnelle and video. It gets rather full quickly due to the proximity of RWJ. Better signage could help. It can get a little confusing when returning to your vehicle. Overall a good, safe and convenient facility.

Tickets were not working and was told to call the garage worker to get out.Was met with an attitude.Wasn't my fault their equipment wasn't working. There were 4 or 5 in line trying to get out due to malfunction.

Needs more lighting, and they should have someone at the booth. My daughter couldn't exit the lot because the gate wouldn't rise to let her out we,literally waited 20 minutes for a gentleman to come and let us exit. Also security with the exception of one cranky old woman at the visitors desk near the Walgreens were excellent. Stay safe.

I believe they are doing work on it now so it was difficult to figure out where to go. Especially being disabled and having zero access to a handicap parking space let alone a regular spot within any sort of reasonable walking. There was quite a few people who were walking around unable to find their vehicles with me at least.

When one parks one has to remember where they park. I got my ticket Validated, so I didnt have to pay for my ticket. Whatever your reason to be at the Hospital and Park, remember to ask about getting your ticket Validated.
