We love our new split A/C and heating system installed by technicians Jurgen and Oren of Main Mechanical of NY. They were really proficient, helpful, efficient and thorough! We are amazed how clean our environment smells and how quiet and efficient the split system is! We’ve only used the cooling function so far but are very impressed! I wouldn’t hesitate at all In having Main Mechanical install your new equipment. They are reasonable, fast, efficient and very nice people. Jurgen was knowledgeable and reliable. He was quick to diagnose our flooding hot water heater, had me check that it wasn't under warranty, and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Work was fast, thorough and price was great. Hot water was back quickly, wife was happy.

I was looking for someone to service my Navien Combo boiler. Unfortunately, the company that installed it does not service them. I tried calling several companies and they didn’t respond back or charged more than what was expected. I came across Main Mechanical as a certified installer under the Navien website. They were responsive and did exactly what was needed for the service and made some recommendations to ensure the unit works as efficiently as possible. I would definitely use them again for my heating and plumbing needs.
