Great parking garage. Love that there is Gold parking for when you're feeling bougie! Many times there are no vehicles parked even close to mine! Also love that the gates close overnight & on weekends - you have to have a monthly membership to open the gates. Garage is very secure, I have seen cars more expensive than my own many times. There is a courtesy officer during the day & always a city employee walking throughout the afternoons. The lady that works in the office is very helpful and respectful. I asked her alot of questions when deciding to get a monthly pass and felt glad about my decision. Alot of 111 Lofts, Beacon, Adams residents use this garage. Only small negative would be having to use the QR code to enter/exit as I don't have a PikePass/didn't want anything physically on

Poor interior signage - lots of people hanging out inside the garage on various floors. Bodily fluids in the stairwells EVEN with requiring a security code to access them. Over all does not feel safe to walk through.

Why I deducted stars: This garage is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Who does that? We did not know this when we parked Friday night. When we went to get our car Saturday morning at 7:45, the gates were closed. I had to call twice in order to get a callback 1 hour and 15 minutes after my 2nd call. Also, I was charged $20 for a stay that was less than 24 hours, when the sign says $10 for overnight parking. Why I gave them a few stars: The customer service people who answer the main number are not terribly helpful, but they were kind. Hillary was able to give me a code to get in and reassured me that the gate would open after I paid (which it did).

Treats is always an awesome convenient store... It has other things like kratom and pipes... The owner is an awesome man...
