I came into their showroom looking to replace my daughter's bedroom floor. I was greeted by Hannah who was charming and knowledgeable. She helped me select something that was "hip" for a 16 year old and affordable for me. David came to my home and was very respectful with removing the old carpet and laying down new floor. His help was clean and kind too. They left everything in good order; both my daughter and I are pleased with the final results. Highly recommend. Great old fashion service with a smile!

Sheryl and the staff at Main Street Flooring were fabulous. Took my mom there to look at samples. She wanted a light grain floor. Sheryl gave us a quote, the flooring ordered on a Monday and mom had a new floor by Friday! She is over the moon and loves her new floor! Thank you Main Street!

This company was very vague on the final price which in my case ended up being 200 dollars more than i agreed to on the phone. I also ended up paying the extra 75 square feet of carpet i did not need. They will expect you to pay for the extra carpet and backing and will leave the extra product at your house and if you want them to refund the extra carpet they wil jot. Buyer beware. thet will not

Called to talk about hardwood flooring, seemed like i was a bother to them. it was like pulling teeth to get any information. Only open Mon0 Fri till 4pm makes it pretty difficult come by and look at samples when most people work 8-5. The definitely do not understand what customer service means.
