We have had a difficult time getting a good diagnosis on the problems with our heat pump system. Maine Mechanical came in and checked out what could be wrong, needed to get a monitor to check the system and was able to diagnose the problem and fix the system back to good working order. Jordan is very professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He explained everything to us and cleaned the system to have it ready for winter. Thank you for your great work at our home. We will definitely call for maintenance and any problems. Again great service from Jorden at Maine Mechanical Services during this cold time. He was and is very determined to get at the bottom of our situation. Thankful for his determination.
