Mainline installed our new central unit (inside and out), and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. They actually arrived early, which was a great start. There was a small issue with the unit from the manufacturer, but they handled it quickly and professionally without any hassle on our end. Communication was excellent — they even emailed to let us know when they arrived. The whole process felt smooth, organized, and stress-free. Great job and truly great service. My technician Craig Coffey is the best one in this industry. He scheduled my “summer cooling check” maintenance visit in March vs. May because he wanted to be “early.” I really appreciated his attention to detail and thorough inspection. Craig found a leak in my downstairs system and all of my Freon had leaked out. He put together a plan and replaced the Freon. He even gave me his cell to check in if my Freon leaks out soon and then we go to plan B. I continue to work with Mainline year after year (since 2015) because they provide superior customer service. I called them today and they were at my house in about an hour. Micah was one of the workers and he was extremely pleasant and very professional. He found the problem and said a part needed to be replaced.. then he came back and said let me try something else. He worked on the unit and fixed the problem! Highly recommend this company!!!
