They most definitely have improved over the years! My mulch bed looks great!

They did my bushes and my yard amazing. I will always pick them and keep picking them. Thank you for the best looking yard and bushes around.

The absolute worst mowing company I have ever seen. Why would you mow grass after it’s been raining all day and spin your tires and Rip up peoples yard makes no sense.

It’s clear they do not take their job seriously. Our neighborhood is suppose to get cut weekly.. it has been almost 3 weeks since they have come out. I have resorted to cutting my grass myself in their absence however this neighborhood is entirely too big for me to cut with my push mower. The children cannot play at the parks because the grass is knee high. Also, when I mow I use a bagger, why is it that when mainscape does manage to show up I get mountains of dead grass ALL over my yard. Management needs to step up and reevaluate their processes and make things right. This is my third summer here and although each year there is always issues, this is BY FAR the worst.

8/24/24 Just asking why Mainscape stopped using weed eaters on back patios at Miami Street, Ft Knox? Have not done this for a few weeks. The large mowers can’t handle this. Did not do the front yard for two weeks, but did today. ?
