My company is canceling this service, not because of the mediocre quality of their work, but because of the complete lack of character shown by their employees. While stopping for lunch at Philadelphia Steak & Fries, I witnessed something appalling. A handicapped woman was waiting patiently in line when one Mainscapes employee stood ahead of her. Then five more of their workers walked in and blatantly cut in front of her—no apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. By the time I got up from the back of the line, they had already placed their orders, completely ignoring the woman they had disrespected. There are plenty of lawn care companies out there. Choose one that hires decent people.
