They came out the day after I called to give me a quote and helped me pick out the perfect flooring for my home. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly — their communication was excellent from start to finish. Once I was ready to move forward, they got me scheduled right away and sent a crew out for installation. The job took just two days, and they went above and beyond — moving all the furniture, putting everything back exactly as it was, and even cleaning up afterward. During the construction process I used Mainstreet for floors and custom shades and blinds. Van and Melanie made the process seamless and fun! Like any customer, I changed my mind as the project advanced but they took these changes and even made recommendations of their own. Their installation guys were wonderful….hands down one of the best tile installations I’ve seen. I did have a couple of minor call backs and they were responsive and fixed the problem with no difficulty! Highly recommend and will use them again!

Main Street installed porcelain 12x24 tiles in our bedrooms, closets and hallway. The experience was amazing. From our first visit with Melanie to completion of the installation by Rene and Rudy. Melanie was super helpful. She was involved from beginning to end and made sure everything went smoothly. She even visited during the installation. Rene and Rudy did a great job. They made sure everything was cleaned up when they finished. We couldn't be happier with how the floors look. We are VERY happy customers😊
