Their company name is Mainstyle Flooring but did you know they also do kitchens (and other remodeling projects)? After researching numerous options, we chose Mainstyle to complete our full kitchen and flooring project. My husband and I are detail oriented and greatly appreciated Mainstyle's attention to detail throughout the entire process. Their communication was also top notch, we always felt we knew what the next steps were in terms of scheduling, how long things would take, etc. We were pleasantly surprised by how fast and efficient everything was. I purchased Shaw LVP and now it's installed, I'm 100% happy with the entire process. Mackenzie was my salesperson, she explain how the product is made and listened to what I was wanting. I was never pressured and felt very comfortable and informed. Susan came and did the measurements, she was very knowledgeable and great communication. Eli scheduled the install, great communication 👏. The installers were Bob and Rick, they were very professional, showed up on time, great communication, very respectful of my property, but mostly fantastic work!! Thank you!!! Mainstyle helped us this spring with our flooring and cabinet painting projects. They provided superior professional service from start to finish. They worked within our budget and ensured that we were updated throughout the process. Tammy provided amazing guidance as our Design Specialist and the finished product exceeded our expectations! I had been to at least four other flooring stores. As soon as I walked in and met MacKenzie and Tammy I felt at home.. Main Style Flooring is family owned and you can tell they really want you to be thoroughly happy with your choices. They both took great care to help me make my final decision on the type of flooring and then they were extremely patient as I made my choice of pattern. Susan was fun to visit with as she did the measuring of my rooms. Since MacKenzie went on pregnancy leave (congratulations again), Tammy explained the estimate and how the 12 months same as cash would work. Exceptional from start to finish. We were comfortable as soon as we arrived and guided through everything. Everyone we dealt with in the showroom and in our home, through the selection, measuring, removal and installation was professional but warm and kind. Scheduling and timing were spot on- no waiting or delays!. And the quality and results are perfect!!!! They followed up just the right amount and payment was easy. I can’t recommend this company enough! I will never look anywhere else for flooring.
