Tech was on time and delivered as promised! Cleaned up after himself and used "corner protectors" for his hoses throughout the house to protect my walls from getting marked up. Scheduling was a breeze and the notification/reminder system was great. I'll be scheduling again when needed! Great experience!

Alonzo worked tirelessly as scheduled cleaning roof and gutters. Moss control application was applied. Area was fully cleaned up and ready for fall season. I plan to use their services again. December 2025 cleaning was completed quickly and completely of roofs and gutters removing leafs and down branches. Moss build up removed and under control.

We just had our ducts cleaned by Alonzo at Maintain Home Services. He sent a text letting me know he was on his way and was here right on time. He was friendly and sweet. He did a very thorough job and even sent pictures of all he cleaned out. I highly recommend this company for honest, trustworthy and professional service!

Maintain Home Services were amazing to work with. They accommodated our schedule, were very thorough going through the list of items that needed to be done and why that was important, and then gave us a bid to reflect all the work that needed to be done that was easy to read! Once they finished with our home, they locked up everything and left the home as clean as how we left it. I actually think the home smells more fresh now that they finished. Anyone looking for home maintenance such as cleaning air ducts/vents, dryer vents, fans and pretty much anything else that is usually neglected, give them a call, you won't be disappointed!
