Maintenance Chef does excellent work. They are quick to respond, have very knowledgeable techs and their costs are reasonable. The team deserves much praise. If you're in need of any work on your kitchen equipment, they are a great resource.

This company has been great ever since I started to use them. I went through several companies before finding them. All the other companies left doubt and distrust. They have been honest and reliable. This past cold front, I had both my heaters stop working, called and they had techs out right away getting things fixed.

We tried to reach out different "emergency" equipment repair companies over the years with various issues and they all gave us the run around. Maintenance Chef is available to be there as soon as possible when we call for emergencies, and do a great job solving our issues.

This company never shows up when they say they're going to, i have had nothing but poor service from them. Still, don't have my mixer fixed.It's been since may. I went back and looked at all of the dates in your statement... you missed a few days. I have 3 day that you said you would be here at 9 am, I was here i kept the camera footage. As a small business owner, I understand the importance of good reviews.I also understand the importance of quality service. You have proved me that you cannot handle scheduling. Why would I want you to touch any of my equipment? You guys are so out of whack. Whoever your receptionists are need to get it together.

I own a food truck and I love this company. Rex came out and figured it out and we were up and running right away. He is so cool and teaches you along the way. Highly recommend this company to women business owners. I don't know the inner details and I have never felt taken advantage.
