I normally do not do reviews unless the experience with the vendor is exceptional. That was the case with David Futrell, with Maintenance mechanics. He can do it all from heating and air, Electrical and plumbing. He is fair and honest, which is hard to find in today’s time. I would give him the highest recommendation for any of your needs. You will not be disappointed by calling David.

David Futrell's main advantage over other vendors is honesty. Unfortunately, that is a rare trait. As far as the work is concerned, David is straightforward and will tell you if he can handle the job or not. When he takes on a job, he finishes promptly and always offers a fair price. He is courteous and professional and his equipment is alway clean and neat. We have used his services for over 20 years and plan to continue. It is best to call his office number and he returns calls in the evenings.

I have used David’s services for years. He does an excellent job in a timely manner. I rely on David anytime I need work done on my house. He is fast, thorough and his price is extremely reasonable. I recommend him highly.

I have been meaning to write a review for David Futrell, and his company Maintenance Mechanics, for quite some time … and it will be one of the easiest reviews I've ever written … and, here and there, I've written quite a few. David is quick at his work, extraordinarily efficient with his time-on-task, pays attention to detail and high work standards at all times, very knowledgeable, honest and straightforward, trustworthy, personable with a good sense of humor … and comes in with a very fair price for what you get, often about 20% below other quotes. And David will take on just about any residential home problem that I can think of … except maybe roofing and bugs! The only downside is that David, not surprisingly, is in high demand and so you may have to wait a bit for non-emergency s

This guy came in and only did 5 minutes worth of work and charged me $100. Never told us it was going to cost that much. My husband gives him deals at his work and we thought he would help us out. Oh now we were wrong. We won't recommend him to anyone. I thought something was up when my husband told him he wouldn't be home until 5:15 and he shows up way before 5:00 and he tried to leave before my husband got there I thought that was kind of fishy. When I asked him how much I owed him he said I'll get up with your husband. Didn't say he was going to send us a bill and it cost $10. He didn't do $100 worth of work he was there for 5 minutes and left really fast.
