Very happy with Maita. When choosing a roofer to replace my roof, I vetted two local and highly regarded outfits. However, what stood out for me was Fredy Maita’s attention to detail (familiar with Historic Committee clearance) and his wife Isabel worked very hard in the contractual requirements for my home insurance. His crew worked clean and efficient, even removing flood lights on the top floor. Highly recommend this hard working, friendly, and efficient roofer. Love the results!
