Technician did not speak English and had to communicate via text using Google translate. Prices quoted for repair exceeded the cost of the appliances themselves. These people are unprofessional crooks. Filing a dispute with my credit card for the $180 "diagnostic" charge. Second opinion from another company confirmed that the dishwasher drain pump they claimed was broken and would cost $300.00 to repair was, in fact, not the problem at all. It was a simple connection problem with the garbage disposal that literally took less than five minutes and no parts to repair. Again, BEWARE this company unless you like being lied to and ripped off.

Maitland appliance repair was very responsive and prompt. Our washer was not working properly, but we could still run light loads. The repairman attempted to diagnose the issue, but said it would be cheaper to replace the unit than fix .That's understandable. However, the repairman left our washer in worse condition than when he arrived. The door was left locked with water still in the machine, and the washer will now no longer drain. It is now completely unusable. We would've been better off without the service in hindsight.

Had this company come out to repair leaking washer. I was charged $166 for repairs. A little over a month later, leak happened again. I called and was told the warranty already expired. So, basically, they have no interest to come back and fix the original job that wasn’t done correctly. Now, I have to pay again for hopefully a more professional company to get the leak fixed. Don’t use this company!!
