I highly recommend Nishan at Majestic Drain Solution First Review on 9/3/2021: One day I discovered the old valve on the main water pipe in my house was leaking. My home warranty company first sent another plumber who tightened a part of valve to lessen the leak but did not fix it, probably because it would require him to work through a small 10"x20' opening in the wall to replace the valve. Majestic was the second company my home warranty company sent. Nishan called me soon after I spoke to my home warranty company, came to my house on the same day, and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He came back with his assistant a few days later and replaced the valve through the small opening in the wall, without cutting open the drywall as I thought would be necessary and costly. Ea

I had a great experience with Majestic plumbing. My warranty company sent me info for Majestic, and i called them and they came out the same day. Looked at the problem and immediately knew what was needed. They kept me informed when they would come back to fix the issue. He told me another plumber would be out between 7-8am, the plumber was there on time. He came and fixed the issue in 15 min. I will definitely use them again. Nice and professional. I really hate to leave bad reviews but if I could give zero stars I would because the service that I received from Majestic Drain Solutions was horrible. They were assigned to us through our homeowner's insurance. They came out to fix a clogged toilet. The technician came in with a terrible attitude and acted as though we were bothering him. He claimed to have fixed the toilet and chastised my husband telling him that the toilet was clogged because of the way we use it. We just moved into our home and no one uses that bathroom. The next day that same toilet still would not flush properly. I called to have them come back out to take a look and the person on the phone had the worst attitude. You don't talk your customers that way! We are paying you for a service! I will NEVER use them again

Majestic Drain Solution has done a excellent job on my bathroom and the kitchen sink clogged. they were very responsible on the job given. Friendly and very knowledgeable on the task.we are stratified with the service they provided to us. Without any doubt I will hire them to do the work again.

Majestic Drain Solutions was assigned by our home warranty company for a broken hot water heater. Not only was the water heater replaced professionally, efficiently and cleanly, but the owner helped us navigate issues with our home warranty company. We appreciate the help and would highly recommend!
