Majestic Flooring

We had them install a house full of carpet about 3 years ago. Within 2 years the carpet had stretch wrinkles in in every room. There are only 2 adults living in this house and the carpet looks terrible. I have called numerous times in the past 4 months to have them honor their warranty and fix the problem. They said they would schedule a time to come out and restretch, but 2 months later and I have heard nothing from them. The carpet looks so bad we will probably have to just replace it, since it will cost hundreds of dollars to have it restretched. You can be sure we won't be going back to Majestic Flooring for our new flooring. Very disappointed!!!

Victor and Patti and Vicki were extremely helpful for all of my flooring needs. They installed carpet, tile, and hard wood flooring in my home. All turned out beautiful, with clear craftsmanship. They tiled a beautiful walk in shower with travertine and accent tile as well. Any time I need flooring, I go to them! They were wonderfully priced, and on time, and attentive. I would absolutely recommend them!

BEWARE: They make lots of promises but will not follow through on them! They were awesome to come out to my home quickly and give me a quote, however, when I ordered product with them they were nowhere to be found to communicate with me or arrange install in a timely manner. I would never recommend them to anyone!
