Majestic Kitchen + Bath

I am reviewing the Charlotte/Gastonia location. HORRBILE customer service! They have no call/no show 3 times. Originally installed 2 different granites- installed the wrong granite a 2nd time (prior to home being finished).. tried to install the wrong granite a 3rd time (after home was finished). They were supposed to be here yesterday to replace all granite (since they can’t match the original now)- but no call, no show. We have missed multiple days of work- have gone without water for a few days waiting for them to remove and reinstall- only to not show and not even call. Absolutely HORRIBLE! Hopefully the home office takes this seriously - as the local office doesn’t!!

We purchased our detail, for granite countertops, on January 30, 2020, and were told it would be a couple of days before we heard from the scheduler. We had to continually go back to Lowe’s, in Rmt, to find out what was going on. We finally got the measurements done on 2/24/2020, and now it’s 3/19/2020 and we cannot even get anyone to call us back! This is after we drove an hour to go look at the actual slabs, on 3/12/2020. I called yesterday only to discover that the employee we were working with last Thursday is no longer employed there. I was given a name, and phone number, for the replacement employee, and I called and left a message yesterday, and a text message last night, and still have not heard anything. Had to edit my original review.... The initial install for our granite was not good (patterns did not match and poor seams). This being our 1st new home, were quite upset. However, after our real estate agent and builder agreed with us Constrata agreed to replace the granite and allowed us to pick out the exact slab that would be used. Julie from their main office handled all of this gracefully and made the process easy. Yesterday they installed the new granite and it is perfect. Thank you to Julie for turning this around, she deserves a raise as the original 1 star review is now 4 stars thanks to her.

They never answer the phones or respond back to any messages left. The one and only time I finally got a woman to answer the phone, she was unprofessional and snarky. She said she would forward my message to the project manager -who never called me back. I’ve left numerous messages with no response as if no one works there. They might as well leave it on their recording that they’ve went out of business.
