The entire team with Majestic Rails were very professional and great to work with. Stephen, the installer, did an outstanding job. He was so nice and very detailed. He truly cared about meeting our needs and getting the job done within our time frame. I can't express enough how much we appreciate him and for cleaning up after he was done. Alex from Majestic Rails did an amazing job. I was very impressed with how he joined the wood in some busy areas. I had bought the rails and posts with plans to do it myself but decided to hand this important job to the professionals. They were willing to use what I had bought and even had the patience to order a rail for me after I had messed up the size. The house came with prefab stairs which had a nasty stringer. They encased it in oak and it looks so much better. Sorry I have no before pictures but you can see the great finished product.

We are beyond pleased with the work completed by Majestic Rails. Aston did great from the initial consultation to the final touches. Our project involved removing a significant amount of drywall, and the transformation is incredible—our space now feels brighter, more open, and completely updated. The team clearly has their process down to a science, from preparation to cleanup. Every angle reflects true craftsmanship and artistry.

Majestic designed and installed a beatiful new staircase and metal rail as well as refinished my wood floors. The crews were AWESOME : friendly , communicative, showed up on time, cleaned up afterthemselves and most importantly , were great craftsman. The whole process went smoothly and on time! The experience with Majestic from beginning to end was incredible. The bid was fair, and quick. Russell, the owner, listened well to what we were trying to accomplish and was very quick and detailed in the bid process. Patti and the front office are so communicative.
