Majestic Square Car Park

This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The garage is easy enough to enter and upon first impression, it’s a nice facility in a great location. However, when I went to exit the garage, is where I encountered huge issues. I scanned my ticket and the kiosk showed my ticket as invalid, so I attempted to enter it into the machine and it also showed as invalid. I called the number and was met with the nastiest attitude on the other end of the line. I explained the issue and I was told that my parking ticket was showing as paid earlier and that my pass was no longer valid. But the kicker was, I hadn’t left the garage. I entered at 2:41pm and was attempting to exit at 5:50pm, my vehicle and my ticket stayed in that garage for the entire time I was

I was stuck in the elevator and had to be rescued by the fire dept. I pressed all the emergency buttons and nothing happened..also tried calling the service number with no answer. The last inspection was two years prior. Never again..

I can only speak on my experience. Overall it was good. The garage was packed but managed to find parking at the very top. Nice elevator up and down. Exit was easy

Leaving will be a problem. Only one lane to exit for all 4 floors. Unless you have monthly subscription then you can exit through the second lane. Other than that it is a good location. Right next to target also.

Easy access to King Steet off Queen Street. Pay by credit card. No attendant. Elevator at the Queen Street entrance.
