Majestic Stone Imports

Majestic was by far the most price friendly quote we had. We took a chance with Majestic. We worked with Kylie... she was great. Very responsive and professional. The install went very well. The crew was very efficient and did not make a mess of the house. My only concern is not with Majestic, but instead with the manufacturer of the quartz, Cosentino (Silestone). This is our third countertop of the exact same product: Calcutta Gold. This most recent one is not as good. It is scarring and blemishing very easily whereas our other two installs did not. I'll be working with Cosentino (I hope) to figure it out, but Majestic has been all good for us.

I am overseeing a project on the north east side of Indianapolis. I have had to have majestic stone come back three times after installation to fix things. Item number one – they installed their tops in a way that made the opening for my range too small. The second visit was to fix plywood under the island overhang bar area. The plywood was sticking down below the countertop. Someone came out and hacked away at the plywood, leaving a rough splintery surface. The third time they came out, they fixed that. On their third visit the crew doing the repair smeared epoxy on our brand new rift and quarter sawn oak floor. I have been trying to get them to come out to clean up their mess for two weeks with no success. The sales rep Kylie Duncan continues to acknowledge my request, but leaves me out

I worked with Jodi for my install. They were communicative and on time as promised. The counters are beautiful and what we ordered. Can't beat that! They did have a slight delay because one piece of the top broke, they came out anyway and did what they could. The remaining piece (island) was installed 2 days later. Any unfortunate events can happen, I like when companies are upfront/honest and make it right. Exactly what they did. No complaints from me. Thanks for the help Jodi.

The driver of their delivery truck drives like an idiot, driving the truck like a go cart on 69 zig zagging in and out of traffic 10 mph over the speed limit and tailgating. Call g the office to let them know, no one answered and left a message around 11am and they never returned the call.

We are so happy with our countertops. Working with Majestic Stone Imports was a pleasure from start to finish. The counter top we wanted was back ordered, they gave us options, when we chose to wait, they updated us frequently with emails. They scheduled the install, where on time, polite, professional, and efficient. They did a fantastic job.
