Making the service appointment was very easy. The office manager was efficient, pleasant and helpful. The repair team came on time; they diagnosed the problem quickly and explained their plan in detail. They repaired the heating unit and carefully reassembled it in the cabinet where it is housed. I was very pleased and impressed with the entire experience. This company clearly prioritizes customer service.

Major Air has provided excellent service for my HVAC units, repairing a worn out sleeve in one unit and rewiring another that was emitting warm air even when off. Pricing is very reasonable for the work done, service is prompt and service people are terrific - pleasant, efficient, and never leave a mess - and the office staff is always very helpful. I was present when the installment team arrived to remove the old PTAC and install a new one in my apartment. I was impressed. Two of the installers removed the old unit and installed the new one seamlessly. The third installer, obviously very experienced, supervised the team. They did a great and professional job. Major Air installed 3 ac units in our Midtown Manhattan apartment, including 2 units that had to be custom ordered. Their service was great and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them! The office always answered my calls and they quickly and efficiently took our order, sent over insurance paperwork for our condo building, and scheduled the installations. The technicians were all very helpful, especially Rupert and Chance, and they went above and beyond to inspect a small pipe leak to make sure it was not coming from one of our old ac units. They did not have insulation on hand to plug a draft around one unit so they finished putting in the unit and then returned an hour later with the insulation.
