Actually, there are two exits, one onto Thomas Street, with a seperate lane to exit onto MLK Jr. Boulevard, indicated by traffic cones as you enter the final ramp. During major events at DCU, the garage staffs a person at the first exit onto Thomas Street. This is necessary because there are two very different ways to exit the garage. If you are a monthly customer, you get a key card. If you are parking just for the day, you get a ticket when you pay for parking. The former, to exit you wave your keycard as very cleary indicated at the exit. If you paid for the day, a laser scanner needs to read the barcode on ticket you received after paying in the lobby. **POOR MANAGEMENT DO NOT USE** Went to event / commencement @ local college , easy to get in , like a jail to get out of . Google Does Not have a 0 ⭐️! It would earn it . One way out , one pre pay station that is so futile , why have it when you do not have a way out in a fast lane for pre pay exit ? Moved 3 spots in 45 min of wait 2 hr + event exit time is …average per reviews here . Horrible . Money grabbing property owners who do not care about modern life and people who need to move about their days . Park @ Your own risk

Very convenient courthouse and DCU Center Parking. Very reasonably priced and I’m always able to find a spot

Waited close to 2 hours to get out of this garage. There was one exit with one attendant. It’s a safety hazard to say nothing of the complete disregard for patrons’ time. What if there was an emergency? How would emergency vehicles get through? This place should be inspected or something. I would never park here again. I agree with another reviewer that if it were possible to give zero or negative stars, I absolutely would.

I do not like posting negative reviews as I know this can really impact someone’s business. Took my son and two his eight-year-old friends to a hockey game at the DCU center. We arrived back at our car at about 9:40 PM. We were not able to exit the garage until 11:15 PM. There was one attendant working the single car exit. We were trapped. The design of the garage and management of the traffic flow are terrible. Do not use this garage when there are events at the DCU center.
