On 01 Dec 2017 we had unpleasant experience with this contractor. Mark agreed to do a plumbing job after I had explained the job and the process to obtain approval from my insurance company on the phone. Upon arrival at our home he was totally unprofessional. As soon as he entered the house expressed extreme shortage of time, refused to call my insurance company, telling in a very rude manner that whether I wanted to get the job done or not? He kept on repeating (at least 8 times) that he was doing a big favor to us by doing this 10 min job and charging handsome amount. I had to call my Insurance company twice on his behalf and finally he grudgingly talked to them for <1 min answering 2 questions. Best plumber that I’ve had the good fortune to work with. He had performed several jobs at our residence (including bathroom renovation, water leak repairs, water heater work, and bathroom addition) and they are always done in a timely manner with excellent quality. Extremely neat and clean as well. Would highly recommend for all plumbing needs.

Great experience. I called Mark on Tuesday (11-28-2017) with a leaking toilet. After ascertaining the leak was modest, he suggested Thursday (11-30-2017) to fix it. (If it had been urgent he said he would come sooner). He called before leaving his last job to let me know he was enroute and he arrived within the agreed-upon time frame. He fixed the toilet leak quickly, looked at the 2nd toilet (at my request and because the parts were of a similar age) and fixed it, too. He also fixed 2 leaking faucets. For the faucets he used a rubber tool, rather than a wrench, to avoid scratching them. (Other plumbers just use their wrench to open the faucets, which can scratch them). For a 3rd leaking item, he suggested I should just buy a new one on Amazon and put it in, as it would be cheaper than hi

Not sure what the 1 star is about from the other guy. Mark does flawless work, and I personally think his attitude is very professional. Finished the work in a timely manner, super clean and I didn’t even have to help! Solid dude, would give 6 stars if that was an option.
