We cannot recommend Jessy highly enough. He and his team did an incredible job on our remodel in San Rafael and exceeded expectations at every step. Jessy is an extremely fast communicator and will show up at the drop of a hat whenever something comes up. His attention to detail is outstanding, and the quality of the work is top-notch — all at a very reasonable cost. He works unbelievably hard (including weekends and holidays) and, together with his team, completed two full bathrooms, a full kitchen remodel, a load-bearing wall removal, new floors, painting, and finishes in just 3.5 months. Jessy and his team have helped us with several projects over the past few years. Most notably, an addition including dining room, laundry/pantry and bathroom. Jessy is an excellent communicator, we always knew what was happening throughout the project. The crew is polite and clean up the site daily. Jessy and his crew did an incredible job with our master bathroom remodel. This was a down-to-studs complete redo. Incredibly, the team completed the job within a couple of weeks! That includes skylight installation, new toilet installation, recessed and power vanity mirror, hard-wired towel heater, construction of a bench any pony wall, tiling, new fixtures and second showerhead control and installation, and a pocket door. Hope you enjoy the transformation as much as we did! I also have pictures in here of a separate skylight installation that Jessy did for our guest bathroom, more beautiful work by his team!

I am so pleased to have worked with Jessy Maldonado Construction on a project in Sonoma. I had a significant kitchen remodel (complete gut) I needed to do on a reasonable timeline and a careful budget, and Jessy delivered on time, on budget, and with a can-do approach to everything that came up. I actually expanded the scope of work to address some other areas of the home that the company also improved. I can't imagine better customer service, and I would gladly hire them again.

We chose Maldonado Jessy Construction to renovate a significant portion of our house (2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, entire downstairs living area), and are beyond satisfied with the quality of work, as well as the project management. They finished our project within the time and budget quoted, and did such a great job that we added more to our original scope. Jessy and his awesome crew truly care about doing a quality job. They never cut corners and will do anything to make sure you are satisfied. They were always on time, and considerate of our other spaces / daily routines. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Anyone who works with them is very lucky.
