Used Malkin to remove an in the ground oil tank and install a new one outside above ground. Was very happy with the work and the team that did the job. They were very flexible with accommodating my concerns. Communication with the people in the office and on site was good. Very professional and friendly. Good price. Would definitely consider them for future work.

Malkin Environmental and Excavating, LLC installed a new septic system in our home in Oak Ridge, NJ. We had a great experience working with Beth Malkin. It was a winter installation, so I had some concerns. She listened carefully to my concerns, then provided a detailed explanation of how each concern would be addressed. She communicated in a way that was so clear and easy to understand that I felt confident in her and in her team’s knowledge and ability to do a great job. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. They were reliable, skillful, and respectful of our property. I'm so pleased with the results and the quality of the work. I highly recommend Malkin Environmental and Excavating. Malkin Enviromental saved us. Their commitment to service and quality is exceptional. We were in the process of selling our house and needed to have septic repairs done as part of the process. Beth and her sister went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were done quickly and ensure everything was in place in terms of permits and certificates from the township and county. They not only did an amazing job they also had the most reasonable pricing in the area and were honest in terms of what was needed and was not. To my surprise, at the end of the job, which included replacing a septic tank, I don’t know how they did it, but the grass is completely back covering the work area and looks beautiful. Highly recommend them!!

When we were selling our home we needed to make repairs to our septic system and they needed to be done quickly. Beth and her team were just outstanding. They went out of their way to make sure the work was done prior to our closing. I called at least 10 different companies in sussex county and not one of them wanted to do the work. Beth has been a wealth of experience and assistance as I've been in the process of purchasing a home with a septic. She answered multiple phone calls regarding throughout the process and caught a few items that I would have otherwise missed.
