Worked with John Artz on home generators for two homes in our family. John was knowledgeable and quotes were similar to competitors in Kalamazoo area. What was great is that they handled everything, electrical, gas and in the end saved as we did not have get a plumber like many of the other local sellers. Then MCM communicated weekly and ended up finishing early and ahead of competitor bids like steensma and Kerwin. Power has gone out twice since install and it wonderful to worry about it anymore especially in winter or for our elderly mother’s home.

Otis was my plumber. Otis I have to say provided the best service I have ever experienced, in regards to having to have someone out for housing repairs. Otis is an extremely genuine person, and very professional with doing his work. Otis shows up on time, does the work in a timely matter, and goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. Otis even noticed on his way out, that my wooden stairs could cause a fall, so he helped me out, by securing them for me. Hat's off to Otis, and Hat's off to MCM. Extremely excellent service.
