Do NOT use !!! Malone came to my house to “check voltage “ and there was no power. They did absolutely nothing. They came to my home without notifying me as the homeowner- they had originally said it was “weeks” so I assumed they were not coming since no appointment was made. Apparently, “someone had time to “ drop by my house to check the voltage but never bothered to let me know. Fast forward to 1/2025 I’m informed of a $150 bill. I called and discussed with Kathy. I felt that charge was unreasonable because they did nothing but check voltage. I can do that myself The main problem was not resolved and they insist this charge is justified. As a business owner I am upset and asked the owner to call me back. He was out of the country. Waited 2 weeks for his call (after he supposedly ret

Undependable and terrible customer service. Hard to get ahold of, when you do, the communication in the company is awful. Started on two projects and never finished them. They tell you when they are finished with the job after they mess it up. Have left numerous voicemails to fix their projects they messed up, never answer or call back. If i could give this company zero stars I would. Have since started using seaside electric who is much more dependable, gets the job done, and answers the phone. Must be nice to not care about your customers.

Called and left a message, call never returned, asked for a price on some electric work, they said t and m and couldn't even give me a ballpark estimate. Waste of time.

Came when we called--I mean like same day. Courteous and Bill was reasonable.
