I guess I should have known it would be trouble when the workers showed up on the wrong day, and it took a question from me for the workers to realize they weren't supposed to be there. Maly did a decent job with keeping the price down, but that's about it as far as satisfaction. The workers were careless and messy. They damaged a window screen on the second floor, damaged our brand new deck, and left a mess in the garage. The project manager was combative and dismissive in dealing with all of these issues. I saw the screen damage in the middle of the first day the crew was working, but got pushback from the project manager on whether the crew did the damage. I was very pleased with both the staff and the service I received. They completed my roof in a short period of time and stayed under the estimate cost. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and they addressed each of my concerns diligently. Overall they're a great company. Highly recommended.

*UPDATE* We found out that the issues were with the General Contractor, Aquire Restoration. They hired one of Maly's guys to do work "on the side" for our restoration. The guy used Maly's equipment and name, but was not authorized to do so. He had since been fired for repeatedly doing that, but this did not get us any help on our problems. Aquire is a slimy, dishonest company, Maly I guess I haven't really had experience with. *Original post below, no longer valid* Does not stand behind work, little wonder there is no BBB accreditation. Great group of guys, knocked out a big roof in one day, great clean up and not one plant surrounding the house damaged. Highly recommend!!
