Excellent work! Their crew supervisor (I think his name was Brendan) met with me and made sure he understood all of my requests/needs. They showed up on time, with an abundance of equipment and staff. Brendan never left the job and made sure all work was completed to my liking. Work was extensive - sod removal/replacement, redesigning of beds, pinestraw application, and a lot of tree trimming. It started pouring down rain as they were cleaning up, but it didn't phase them. They didn't leave until they left the yard in perfect order.

Manale has the contract for maintaining the irrigation system for the common areas and townhomes within my community. The sprinklers have not worked properly in over a year. This has been reported numerous times through the HOA management company but nothing ever gets resolved. A crew will come out, dig a few holes, stick some flags in the ground, turn the system on for a few minutes then leave with the system still not working. About a month ago they claimed to have found the problem with the water source and a solution but still no water. Totally incompetent with no follow through or plan for a permanent resolution.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS office staff. Called 3 separate times for a project quote and was repeatedly told the “estimate department” would contact me. Apparently they don’t communicate with Preston or he doesn’t have the time to assist customers. Either way, they had ZERO desire to assist me in any way. I would stay away from this business at all costs.

We got a large project done with Manale. The planning was fine and we got some nice trees. The crews never knew what was going on when they arrived and there were several problems with execution. They took out plants we wanted to keep and did a Horrible job mulching. I specifically asked to have weed fabric placed and it wasn't. The crew simply turned over the ground and placed a minimal amount of mulch. Weeds began to come back to right away. I asked Manale to fix it and it took a very long time to have them get back to me. They did eventually get it corrected. Make sure you have your communication very clear and if possible be home when the crews come.to ensure you get what you want.

Truthfully, not a better landscaper in town. Having been in the home building industry for over 20 years I wouldn't entrust my landscaping needs to any other company. Fair price, great work, maintain an accurate schedule, and honesty.
