Manasota Flooring

I am extremely disappointed by the poor quality of the tile installation performed by Manasota Flooring throughout our home, affecting areas from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The tiles are unevenly laid with many featuring chipped edges, and the grouting varies from being nonexistent to excessively overflowing. Additionally, addressing these issues has been further complicated by the ineffective customer service. Contacting them involves navigating through endless voicemail prompts, and it typically takes at least 24 hours to receive a callback. The technicians sent to rectify the problems lacked the ability to communicate in English, which severely hindered our interactions and their ability to understand the issues fully. Very disappointed with the final job and the reaction from both the salesman and the manager. Look closely at the photo of the doorway. Even though the knew they were removing the carpet, according to them this large gap was the fault of the builder. The installer didn’t point out any problem, when I saw it he said “that’s how they do it”. Even the “primed” molding was filthy and scuffed up with black marks, I’ll have to prime it before I can paint it. I expected a good job, not an amateur hack job. If you work with them don’t assume a quality job, ask every possible question and get answers in writing. They don’t seem to care. Better yet, find someplace that cares. I must admit I like the flooring but this can be bought at many different places.

Tile work in all bathrooms awful. Our entire first floor tile was installed not leveled and over a dozen spacers left with grout placed on top… spacers are visibly noticeable after the fact and the floors not being level cause a huge concern for the structure of our entire home.

Install crew did a thorough and excellent job. Floor looks great and I appreciated their help in moving the furniture back in place. Thank you

Bad experience with the sales team. Guess I should have checked the reviews first, seems a lot of people have the same experience. Dodged a bullet.
