If you need a key cut this is the place! Staff were so knowledgeable, friendly and cut a bunch of keys for me. They can even emboss details on the key if you need it. So many options to choose from if you are looking for something unique. Wide open space with a lot of variety. Keys are definitely what they specialize in!

Knowledge, upfront with pricing, friendly and helpful. Had exactly what I needed in stock and ready to go. Not to mention much better quality than what they had at Home Depot. A full service operation run professionally. What more could you ask for?

Horrible service. We called for service and were told by the gentleman that answered that he’d call his techs to see who had availability and would call back. We didn’t get a return call and called another company. Later that morning a tech showed up and we explained that we didn’t have an appointment. He was extremely rude about it and then my husband received a voicemail from Kevin saying to throw their number away and never call again. Pretty horrible considering we did nothing wrong. We won’t be calling again and will let others in our neighborhood know this as well.

Great service. Took 7 new keyed doorknobs and deadbolts to get rekeyed. Some already had common key. They figured out most cost effective approach to matching keys. Love their integrity. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

I called at 8:30 am when they opened and told them my key had broken off in the doorknob. They said the dispatcher was not in yet but he would call when he arrived. By 2:00 pm when I had not heard back I called again and was told the guy was supposed to call me but was currently at lunch. I did not receive a call until 2 1/2 hours later at which time I used another company. Apparently his lunch was more important than me getting back into my house.
