Mancias Roofing Services did an amazing job installing my new roof. Everyone was very professional and he is reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received. I am very satisfied with the work done. The owner took pictures to show what needed to be replaced and stayed on top of the crew to makes sure it was done correctly.
Carlos came out twice to make sure that the right material matched existing tiles and gutters on my roof. He returned again during and after the installation to inspect the finished job. I highly recommend, especially Carlos to oversee the new roof replacement.
Mancia's Roofing company did an outstanding job of removing my old (25 year) roof material, repairing/replacing underlayment as needed, and installing new shingles. They completed the entire project in one (1) day! They did an amazing job of cleaning up and hauling everything off. I couldn't be more satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of quality roof service at a very reasonable price.
Mancias Roofing Services repaired our roof that was damaged by a high wind storm that came out of nowhere. They were very prompt and the roof looks like new. I'd use their services again in the future if needed. Great work!
