Want to talk about a nightmare? Then this is the builder for you! Not only will he lie about everything on the contract, but he will build your house the way HE wants it and tell you that you're wrong or incompetent at every turn. He will bill for everything imaginable and talk down to you. He threatens anyone who doesn't fall in line. Do yourself a favor, walk away from this one! The other negative reviews are honest. The positive reviews are friends and family. Trickery at it's finest with this man. Horrible contractor!

Our experience with Mandalay Group has surpassed our wildest dreams. A full conversion of a cape-cod to a Beautiful Mansion. From design to production John and his team delivered. We have had several projects done with Mandalay Group and have had positive experiences each time. The most recent involved a complex remodel of an older home. Unexpected findings ( always present with older houses, right?!) were met with ideas for multiple solutions- and we were able to work through what was best for our needs. Each member of the crew was courteous and prompt and worked together in a cohesive team. Our project was completed weeks before we expected it to be done - which says a lot about Mandalay’s dedication to customer satisfaction. We were very pleased with the Mandalay Group. Emil was super to deal with. He handled our garage door cut-out on our new home and the job was perfect.
