Terrible communication issues at our apartment property having them replace pool pump and fitness center HVAC. We were told it would take a week or two for parts to come in. It's been 3 months and we're still waiting on parts. No heads up to us during the process.

They were out the next day did the job, even swept up after themselves. I will recommend this company to any business as I too am looking to use them for my regular maintenance.

Additionally, a plumbing technician recently overbilled for hours on a job. I was at the adjacent property and observed the work, so I am aware of the actual time spent. We are a property management company and have now put them on our DO NOT CALL LIST!
