Mann A/C & Heating Inc

I had a great experience with Mann AC & Heating, sent by AHS. The first service with Charles was several months ago when one of my AC units had an electrical problem. Charles fixed the issue and explained to me thoroughly his process for troubleshooting and repair. His second visit was recently, when I called AHS for repairs to my mini-split. Although Charles does not work on mini-splits officially, he took the time to check some usual suspect components before he left and set a follow-up with AHS.

This company tried to tell American Home Shield that my issue was a pre-existing condition. Fortunately, I had proof from an invoice showing that a licensed company had performed maintenance before my home purchase, and there were no problems at that time. I’m currently disputing their claim with AHS. If they are assigned to service your AC, I strongly recommend requesting a different company.

Do not use this company. They too also lied to the American home shield warranty people. Said our problem was an existing for over a year. And then send us a quote for over 4,000.00. Like if we would use them? Kick rocks Mann A/C! Seems to be an on going pattern as per the other reviews.

I had a positive experience with Mann A/C. He called to let me know he was on his way arrived promptly. Explained the problem and replaced the relay switch. And told me to call if I have any issues! A/C is cooling and I’m relieved.

Am with American Home Shield.. this guy comes to check my split AC unit.. he only looked at it didn’t even touch it or inspected it and reported the unit is damaged by me !!!! Wth !!! That did cause me an issue with me warranty company.. what a scammer if there was lees than one star i would have gave it to him … stay away from this man don’t even bother calling him and if he was assigned by your insurance company call them and ask for a different one .. such a scammer
