Mann Septic Tank Service

I have dealt with many septic companies this company goes above and beyond, very reasonable pricing, I called last night they were here the next day. The worker was so kind hard working man, owner was very sweet to.If I could i would give them a 10 especially the worker.

Would not recommend this company. The wife is rude, the husband is also rude. The husband also treated his employees (his son and son's friend) very poorly in front of customer(s) (myself). Putting his son down and pretty much calling him stupid. Also using foul language in front of my young children. I called the office for them to come out and assess a few things regarding my tank and drain field, THAT THEY INSTALLED IN 2019, no shows when they said they would be out. Happened a total of 6 times. The kept saying they were busy. Icing on the cake, they put in the wrong square foot drain field for my tank/ square footage for my house. They installed 225 square foot when I really need 375. Now my drain field is falling and the tank and drain field are a little over 5 years old. They have n

Would definitely NOT recommend. Owner sent his son out who did a poor job. He claimed he "fired" him over it. Never finished the work promised (patching up a hole in a pipe. Was rude when I called to inquire about work not done but said he would come back out to patch up the pipe as promised. He then DID come back to my home, but instead of doing the work, he just stopped briefly and threw a pipe clamp beside the pipe (I guess for me to do it myself?) and left. He put a needless pump in my back yard that I had to then hire an electrician to place a box on the exterior of my home for to power. Not to mention this needless pump contains a for the pump sticks about a foot above grade in a high traffic area of my back yard that I had to subsequently landscape around. I have showed the

Me. And Mrs. Mann were very helpful to our septic problems. Very professional and at same time treated us with respect. Replaced our old septic system. More reasonably priced than anywhere else we checked. I would definitely recommend.

Mr. and Mrs. Mann took incredible care of us throughout the process. We needed a new drain field and the county inspector quit, so the Mann's went above and beyond to keep us pumped out and able to use our plumbing until the drain field could be replaced. Jeff was so nice to our inquisitive 5 year old son! I can't recommend this company enough. Great people!
