We’ve had a great experience with Mannix and recently signed a service contract for our furnace and HVAC. KP came out for our annual furnace inspection and was excellent — he arrived right on time, was extremely kind and informative, and completed everything in a timely, efficient manner. He also took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the appointment, which we really appreciated. Overall, KP was very pleasant to work with and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Silvio Guerrero came out to service our HVAC system and also diagnose an issue with our whole home humidifier. He was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, but most importantly he was honest. Did not try to upsell and was straight and to the point. Great experience!

I am a longtime Mannix customer. They installed my system and have been maintaining it ever since. In July, Keith Hellin was extremely professional and helpful in completing a repair and maintenance. Today, Silvio Guerrero and Alan did the a winter service. I'd name all the technicians if I could remember because I've never had a bad experience. They always wear booties, explain what they're doing or have done, and respect my home as if it were their own. Jerry - you have a great team!

Our Phone Staff are top notch! Easy to book service calls with. The HVAC technician, J Ramos, was prompt, courteous and professional.
