Our commercial heating system failed, and we were advised to replace it by another local company, which provided us with a quote. However, Darren and his team came to our rescue. They offered us a quote for the same unit that was nearly $15,000 lower. The most impressive part was that he managed to find the heating exchanger and replace just that component instead. This decision saved us a significant amount of money, and Darren maintained clear communication throughout the process. We were back up and running in under a week!

Mann's heating and air conditioning are the very best. They took a terrible heating situatio n we had at our house and turned it into a very pleasant one. They will definitely be our go to company from this point on our only regret is we couldn't give them seven stars not just five........oh wait.....we just did!!!

Darren and his crew are responsive and did a great job when my boiler computer board fried. After we called, they came out quickly, discovered the problem quickly, and came back out within 3 days to replace the defective parts and got us up and running again. Great company.

The company came out for service and diagnostics on my boiler system That was in need of repair, they were given photos and detailed descriptions of the nature of the job. I was assured by the technician that parts were being ordered and someone would be returning the following week to address and make appropriate repairs. No one ever called me back, no one ever ordered the parts, the receptionist avoided and ignored all of my phone calls. After a couple of weeks I finally touched base with the receptionist who assured me parts were being ordered and confirmed follow through on the job…No follow through ever occurred. The problem with my boiler system eventually progressed. The company still continued to ignore my phone calls even after I stated it had reached a point that I had no heat.

We recently had our very old/outdated mini-splits replaced in our 1800's home. The guys had to deal with extremely tight quarters in the attic so that we could finally have some heat upstairs (the AC is a bonus). We couldn't be happier with the service and communication from the initial quote to follow up to complete the rebate paperwork. The guys were extremely respectful of our home and made sure to clean up as well. Thank You!
