I will park here again for sure. Yes, it was a little expensive, but as I put in my other post for Moody Center , I'll take safety over money any day. It was easy to navigate here despite road closures, and it was easy getting in and out although I did arrive early and I left a bit early because it was a sold out show!! The Parking structure is clean, It's well lit, and there is staff on site.

Parked here for an event at the Moody Center. It was a little pricey, and the parking places are pretty small (typical for a garage trying to make use of every inch). I will say though, the garage and event staff kept traffic flowing smooth, and the garage location was extremely convenient.

We went recently to a concert and we parked at this location. I got overcharged for parking here, and checking reviews, it seems that everyone has been overcharged. The attendant said the fee was $60 to park here. Giving the benefit of the doubt, we pay taxes on top of that fee. Austin has an 8.25% tax = $4.95. Tell me why everyone is getting charged $68? In my case $68.20. Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, you'd better pay attention to this.

That s parking garage is overpriced ($68 for event parking). It’s also understaffed with really rude parking attendants, and nearly impossible to find in the dark due to poor signage and poor traffic control. In addition, my car was hit by another car while I was parked for a concert at the Moody center. The staff was of no help, and the event ended up being evacuated due to a safety concern the parking attendants were screaming at everyone and are very poorly prepared for a mass exodus. I only park here when I get a free parking pass, and it’s a huge pain.

The fact that this is the closest to the arena and they charge over $60 for handicap parking is horrible. This place should be ashamed of itself. I cant even go to an event, because parking is more than the ticket itself. Missed the one event ive been looking forward to all year, on my birthday none the less, because of this garage.
