Mansfield Flooring

Initially, I thought this was going to be a pleasant experience, as the consultation went well. We selected LVT and were happy with the color. Installation started off well enough, but once the floors were done, I could tell the floor hadn't been leveled. You walk on the planks and they BEND underneath your feet - we paid for the floors to be leveled. I emailed Britton several times, and still have yet to receive a response. We have a couple planks that were even installed with corners chipped off (pictured below). In addition (I think because the floors are uneven) the baseboard installation is shoddy at best. Still awaiting response from owner.

My experience with this company has been wonderful. I'm really glad I didn't go off of the previous review. The store had a good selection to chose from. I am a decorating novice, so they helped me along this process of redoing all of my floors and entire kitchen. The crew did an absolutely beautiful job. They were very professional and immediately addressed any concerns I had. I really felt as though I could trust them to do their job. Go figure. They even cleaned up after themselves! No one that had ever worked in my home has ever done that before. 5 star customer service and workmanship!

Let me start by saying that the customer service I received through this company was phenomenal! Any questions or concerns I had that were answered right away. I wanted to put granite countertops and backsplash and tile in my kitchen, as well as replacing the flooring in my bathroom. They helped me choose the perfect material for my home as well as my budget. The pricing was by far the most reasonable out of four different companies I looked into. I am absolutely amazed with the outcome of my kitchen and bathroom. It was done in a time and professional manner. I would definitely recommend this company to all of my family and friends. We will be doing all of our future business with Mansfield Flooring.

First my wife called and left a message. But no one returned her call. I called them 2 days later and I left a message. Still no one called me back. The third time I called 2 weeks later, did get a live body and set up an appointment for someone to come out to the house and measure for a new vanity top for our guest bathroom for in the afternoon on Tuesday. Well at 5pm after waiting all afternoon I called the office back and the gentleman said that he was sick but had not talked to his worker since noon so he was going to find out what was going on and call me back in a few minutes. I had no problem with this. But no one ever called me back. I don't know what is going on with this company but the staff is lacking the professional work ethics.

If I could've given no stars, I would have. Horrible company! I hired this company to install flooring in my home. I paid for the job upfront ( my mistake). I was given a day and time that the installation would began, but no one showed up. The owner told me that his workers got stuck on another job and would need to start on my project on another day. It didn't happen. The owner kept changing the install date and eventually began dodging my calls . The uninstalled flooring stayed in my family room for a week before the owner finally picked it up. It took him several days after that to refund my money.
