I worked with David Gendron from Map Insulation located in Sagamore Beach as the representative to help me install a Heat & Glo propane fireplace insert into what was a wood burning fireplace. The process from our first contact until completion was absolutely flawless. He was very professional, informed, made sure I understood the options and costs, and the installation process was done quickly and efficiently. I absolutely love my gas insert fireplace now and highly recommend them for this service. They were knowledgeable, professional, helpful, efficient, and delivered an excellent product. Would definitely do business with them again. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service, HORRIBLE. I've called numerous times, yet not even a call back to schedule an appointment for an estimate, and I live 3 miles away. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Never have delt with such contractors ever. Would never use MAP, even if they did it for free. Asta LA vista,, AH's !

MAP Insulation Co insulated my addition six years ago. They were prompt, quick, and professional. I called them to do another estimate on the old part of my house that we are renovating. They called me back within two days and were here, did the estimate, and had it to me in 24 hours. I have hired them again. I am awaiting their return, but they gave me a 48 hour turn around. I couldn't be happier.

I attempted to call once for service and never got a call back. As an aside, their truck drivers must have outstanding insurance, they drive like lunatics

I receiving an initial quote but could not get them to come back to do the install. After weeks of getting the run around from the sales person I called to file a complaint with the manager but never heard back. Don’t waste time with this company.
