Check your dryer vent connection if you've ever used this company. Absolutely avoid this company. Unsafe and unethical. We had our LG dryer serviced (drum roller replacement) a year ago, recently started noticing a burning smell from the dryer. After cleaning out the lint trap and making sure the vent outside is not blocked, the smell didn't go away. Our dryer is stacked on top of the washer, so we removed the side panel of the build-in closet to look at the vent behind the dryer. Looks like the technician used duct tape instead of dryer vent tape. Absolutely appalling. This could be a fire hazard. ETA: I'm glad the company is so defensive about using duct tape. We removed the tape and there was no foil underneath. The foil that is exposed off the dryer is from initial dryer installation

My experience from start to finish with Maple Appliance is always 10/10. From the staff at the office that helps with scheduling and inquiries to the technicians that come out. Joseph is so so knowledgeable and great! Also so friendly! Jake was also incredible. Thank you.

Do not use this company. They are flippant on the phone, they do not give solid hours on when they are going to show up. They staff is rude, and they are Unaccommodating. They also charge a service fee which doesn’t go towards the service. They expect you to wait all day for someone to show up. Completely unprofessional. Do not use them.

Very positive experience with Maple Appliance. Prompt service, knowledgeable staff, very accommodating. Just had an oven repair completed by Justin and Mark and they were professional, courteous and used great care. Highly recommend.
