We recently had a large aging wood retaining wall replaced with a block wall by Maple Crest of Medina, and couldn't be happier! Of the five companies we spoke with (one never even called back) Maple Crest with Greg Shaughnessy leading the way, was the only one that was genuinely interested in listening to us besides sharing their ideas. They proved to be trustworthy, demonstrated high integrity and paid close attention to detail. The work crew was personable, polite, incredibly hard-working and take pride in their work Their professionalism from start to finish truly impressed us. This was a large and expensive project, but their pricing was fair compared to others, and the quality of their work was outstanding. My wife and I over 23 years of vision and hard work created a back yard sanctuary. We reached out to Maple Crest years ago to take on a small, behind the garage project. They did a wonderful job, and have been recreating our entire yard for the past 4 years! Amazing difference! The Maple Crest team is top notch. Everyone was such a pleasure to work with. Unlike other landscapers we got bids from, the Maple Crest team presented multiple options and ideas to help us create the space we desired. Even when we asked for changes in the middle of the project they still made it happen. We contracted with Maple Crest Landscape to remove our old deck and replace it with a paver patio. To put it mildly we could not be more satisfied. From our initial meeting with Greg to design discussions with Dan to actual construction the process was flawless.
