Maple leaf hardwood flooring

I hired Maple Leaf to reinforce slight sag in one area of floor. They did not. They actually tore up my existing vinly in their lame attempt and I had to pay them to replace. Their vinyl floor is cracking, separating and chunks falling off in multiple places. They also ruined baseboards. Their website states "100% satisfaction guarantee" - That's b.s. Bottom line I paid them to destroy my floor.

Martin is the BEST. He repaired my 100 yo hardwoods and I was just shocked at how wonderful they looked. He is a perfectionist which is a must when refinishing old floors. Martin is an Artisan and is a rare find. I am so grateful that he showed up, did what he said he was going to, and made my little charming house safe once again. Martin I am so appreciative of you. After floor damage post storm in our entryway, Martin came & repaired/replaced the damaged areas. You can't tell there was ever any damage. He was on time & extremely neat. As our home has hardwood floors thru out, we are scheduling additional work.
