Called Maples this week for leak that was going to cause water damage. Maples came out within hours, had every tool and part they needed, and got it done properly. The plumber was professional and explained everything clearly.

From the beginning to the end of the service call they did for me, seemless. High level of communication. Jesse came at the appointed hour, diagnosed the problem, gave me alternatives, and fixed the problem. What more could one want; he was a friendly person who actually enjoyed his job.

Fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. My job was a two day marathon I needed two bathroom sinks. New shower valves in both bathrooms. Complete redo of kitchen sink drain and remove broken garbage disposal. New on/off water valves on the sinks, and finally a new water heater but now there is a solid floor in the water heater space with a proper drain plan. The new heater came with a 12 year warranty. The people at Maples Service can get the job done on time and on budget. My service person even helped me keep my cat in the house which she and I just moved to. I highly recommend Maples Service for plumbing but they do more than just plumbing. I got everything I needed from them and they didn't try to upsell me on any unneeded items.
