During our last chimney sweep, they discovered a problem—there had been a chimney fire and our flue was cracked. They explained everything clearly and suggested a solution with a Heat Shield PriorFire Retrofit. They also helped us get an estimate ready for our insurance, which made things much easier. This is my second year with a fireplace, and I really wish I had used this chimney sweep company again. Even though prices went up everywhere, I tried a different company that was about $30 less. Last time, Leonard from this company did a great job, explaining everything clearly and making sure the chimney and fireplace were spotless when he finished. The other group I hired this year told me I needed to spend a lot of money to fix some small cracks and left a mess behind. Next time, I’ll gladly pay a little extra to have this company handle my chimney cleaning and inspection, because their service is just so much better.
